I spend far too long surfing the internet for ideas; a favourite site of mine being Ebay.

Recently I found a GUILD® headstock overlay and couldn’t resist making this box for myself.

The mother-of-pearl and malachite GUILD® overlay is New Old Stock (NOS) from the 1970s. The box itself is made from curly Hawaiian Koa with mother-of-pearl dot inlay.

Ebay is a great place to find cool stuff to make into boxes. Should you have an idea in mind . . . I would be delighted to come up with a unique design for you!
